Speaking about the film, Spanish director Marc Oller says, "In Tokyo, I met Zack Spiger, the DP of this project, and he challenged me to write and shoot a short film in one month. I accepted the challenge. Ana and I had been discussing the idea of writing a story about ghosting, and we felt this was the perfect time to do it."
